Had to edit a part of the logo and it wasn't grouped together so I asked her as I have no experience in AI to group this part so I could play with the colors I wanted. She sent me back the AI file with the part specified grouped and shortly after (1 minute max), she sent me a guide (with pictures) on how to select the part and edit the color without even asking her for that! I'm totally satisfied of the service I got. It's worth way more than what you pay :) Trust me
