While I appreciate the time that he got the artwork back to me. I wanted to start with just the basic package to make sure I could get a rough sketch of what he could do for me. But he said for what I wanted, I had to pay for the upgraded version. I'm sure this was just a basic font used. THen the changes were not per my request, almost as if he was in a rush and didn't want to take his time with my piece. Great response time, but seems like he must be very busy or just not care.
