I thought I would receive everything, logo and animation for the cost of the premium package. Instead, I was charged for logo and a separate price for the animated video. I'm very pleased with the final work. It just cost more than I expected.

There was a lot of communication at the beginning to help explain the project. By providing examples and screenshots, and being very detailed with the requirements, we were able to get to the design process. The team is fantastic, professional, and patient...and always willing to try whatever I asked. \n\nI think when you're doing a custom graphics package, with lower thirds, open, etc., the option to speak via phone should be offered early in the process. Too much time went by trying to explain the customization of the package before that was offered. Would have saved me a lot of angst and time lost; had to postpone edits due to revisions. But, great group! Talented...We're happy!
