I rated the communication that way, because of the \nwaiting period. Thats not their fault, because of diffrent time zones but a reason why i rated it on 3*. They are so kind, i did not expected that. Even after i had a final Vision of my Order, i asked them if they may can still make a little remake so i can know if i would like that maybe more. And without discussing they did it. Without costs or anything else although the order is actually finished. Im glad i choosed the Kong_vector team and i can just recommend it for u allSeems like the entire response system is automated and I was talking to a machine about what I wanted to create. Ultimately accepted order because of the responses. Talking to what get like a machine /: didn’t encourage me to express my idea.Great communication and design but still unclear of the price for the source file. I was told $20.00by Kong vector but the only way to order it was $25.37 plus service charge and ended up $29.46. I don't know how I was suppose to pay only $20.00 so feel I over paid from what I was told by unless Fiverr took the balance. I feel I am owed a credit from someone\nds1401Seller was great to work with and I felt their work was superior quality to other sellers, my friends used. Even though it stated timelines. I would of liked a quicker response when I realized files were ok from first delivery and had redelivery quicker. Also no one answered my last question as to whether I could use same designer 32 that did the work and could I use my same character. For that reason I felt I should give 4 stars but I still gave 5 as seller was responsive just slower than I would of likedOk, so the only real con was the conversation being kinda weird almost like your talking to bots, but that does not change the quality and the service was TOP notch! Delivered super quick.
