At first, we were fine. We spoke often and I believed she understood my concept. It wasn't until I had to make some revisions that she started not to respond. It was about four days before she sent me a message and that was when I emailed support because my messages were disappearing and I didn't hear back from her in a while. She reached out as soon as I sent them a message and said she apologizes and will work on it. I finally just finished after eleven days and just took it because I was tired of waiting and it wasn't horrible I'm just very detailed. It is a beautiful logo and she does great work. I just didn't appreciate her not responding just because I wanted adjustments.
